Our next Fire by Night prayer walk will be on Friday, May 18th at 8PM at Apgujeong station, Exit 1. We will be interceding for the entertainment industry of Korea because they influence and shape its local culture. As the industry sends out a certain message via their media, we want to bless them to influence the culture positively. Please make sure you tell us where as well as why you are suggesting your locations For this month’s Fire By Night we will be interceding for Centennial Christian School (CCS) as well as all the other international schools in Seoul. CCS, in particular, is in the middle of some major decisions and we want to bless them with our prayers. We will be meeting on Friday, April 20th at 8PM at Noksapyeong station (Exit 2). Please be on time, as we will have to travel by bus to the main destination. This month's Fire By Night will be on Friday, March 16th in one of Seoul's red light districts. In light of White Day, which is on March 14th, we thought that it would be great to share God's love by giving flowers to the sisters there. Due to the sensitivity of this outreach we have a limited amount of space available. Sign-ups will be taken on a first come first served basis, giving priority to H.O.P.E. Be Restored ministry members who have served previously. Confirmation of your spot in the outreach will be sent on Monday, March 12th, including further instructions such as location and time. We will be asking all participants to prepare their own flowers to hand out. More detailed instructions about what to prepare will also be sent out with the confirmation email. Thank you* This month’s Fire By Night will be on Friday, February 17th at Holt near Hongik University Station. We want to pray for the Single Love Ministry, to honor and love the single mothers that have chosen to keep their child against the social pressures of abortion or to them give up for adoption. Please meet us at 8PM outside of Exit 1 of Hongik University Station (Line 2). North Korea is considered to be one of the darkest and evil places in the world. Many have put the atrocities of North Korea in the same category as the Holocaust in Germany and the genocides of Cambodia. In light of the recent change of leadership in North Korea, this month's Fire By Night will be held in the area around the Heavenly Dream School, a school for North Korean refugees. Please join us on Friday, January 20th as we pray for the leadership and the people of North Korea. We will be meeting at Gaerong Station on Line 5, exit 3 at 8PM. Our next Fire by Night prayer walk will be on Friday, December 16th. In the next couple months, the Constitutional Court will be discussing whether changes should be made for the laws concerning adoption and abortion. Join us as we pray for the many lives these changes will effect and that the laws will be changed in favor of God's heart for the vulnerable. We will be meeting at Exit 2 of Anguk Station on line 3 at 8PM. Fire By Night prayer walk Friday, November 18, in the Apgujeong area. Every year, thousands of babies are aborted in Korea, although abortions are technically illegal. We will be praying and interceding for the lives of the many unborn babies of Korea. Please meet at 8PM outside Exit 2 of Apgujeong station on Line 3. Holt Bazaar: Holt Children’s Services will be holding a bazaar this Friday, October 21st, from 9AM to 4PM. They will be selling new clothing items for adults and children, household items, accessories, books, and much more to raise funds for the organization. Please come out to support their event! They are located off Line 2 and 6 at HapJeong Station, Exit 7. When you exit, make a u-turn and walk down the main street for about 70 meters, it will be on the right. Holt Children's Services Website Fire By Night - October: This month’s Fire By Night will be on Friday, October 21st near the Holt Children’s Services facilities. We will be focusing on praying for Holt, the many services they offer, the orphans, and other adoption related issues. Please join us on at 8PM outside Exit 7 of HapJeong Station on Line 2 & 6. Adoption Workshop (for expats) - "If You Were Mine": Paul Pennington (founder of Hope For Orphans) and his team will do a special workshop on Saturday, November 5th at SBG from 10AM-3PM, for expats who are exploring adoption. This is a workshop that will offer practical help in your journey towards adoption. Cost will be 10,000 won. Questions can be directed to P. Prayed for the educational institutions, especially former Christian universities to honor Christ again and make disciples for the nations, asking the Lord to rebuild the ancient walls of righteousness, integrity and honor once again.
