Chip and Susan and their two young kids are serving the lost in Asia in two primary circles of ministry, as Susan homeschools their children. Their overall vision is to raise up and work with leaders in their region, making disciples of Jesus, showing God's love and mercy.

The first area of ministry is for college students, where they oversee a small church with a local language component and an English component, of about 20 students. This past summer, as an extension of this church, they started to facilitate training for their church members while also inviting other sister-church members to participate in the training.  

The second area of ministry involves providing humanitarian and economic assistance to believers in an oppressed and destitute areas. They work with local intermediary-believers to provide this assistance to the small church believers in the neighboring area, which is about 200 families total.
