H.O.P.E Be Restored
HOPE Be Restored stands for "Helping the Oppressed and Prisoners of injustice Escape and Be Restored". Hope Be Restored is a freedom and justice ministry of Onnuri English Ministry that seeks to bring freedom for the oppressed and restoration to lives that have been effected by human trafficking in Korea and around the world. We began in January of 2011 as a result of an awakening by God for the Church to rise up in the fight for freedom and justice for the oppressed.
Our regular meeting time is during the 2nd Sunday of each month at our Seobinggo Campus from 7pm to 9pm. Visit the HOPE Be Restored website! |
Fire By Night
This is our monthly prayer meeting held within the streets of Seoul. Each month we prayer walk in a different area of our city in order to release blessings and tear down strongholds. We want to be the people of God bringing the presence of God into the city that God has called us to love. We pray in areas of strategic influence and areas in need of the light of God's love. It is one of the ways we strive to love our city through prayer and our presence.
All Fire By Night meeting locations and times will be announced in advance through the church announcements as well as being posted on this website's News Blog. You can also check out the Fire By Night Blog for announcements and debriefings! |
Homeless Ministry
OEM is committed serving the homeless near Seoul station every fourth Saturday of the month. We help serve meals to 300-400 needy people in our city. Jesus told us that when we feed the poor, we feed Him. It is one of the ways we seek to love Jesus by loving our city.

Expat Community Service
The OEM Korean Class started in 1999 with only a few students and teachers. Now, we average 60~80 students every semester with ten different levels from beginner to advanced class, and each class has 6~10 students on average. Many of our teachers are professional Korean language teachers who are teaching in universities now or have teaching experience in that field for years.
We teach Korean language and culture hoping to help our students feel more comfortable and welcomed in Korea - understanding the Korean people and culture better. Most of all, through this ministry, we hope to introduce OEM and our Christian community to our students - ultimately helping them to know God and experience Him deeper through His community and ministries at OEM.
